The Head of Projects and Infrastructure will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects related to major infrastructure projects within the investment company. This includes advising on complex transactions, drafting contracts, negotiating agreements, and providing clear advice to high-level stakeholders. The role requires a strong legal background in projects, construction, and infrastructure, as well as excellent negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of post-qualification experience and be admitted to the bar in Saudi Arabia.

• You must have strong projects, construction and infrastructure experience.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex transactions, advising on the development of major infrastructure projects, drafting complex contracts and have broad experience covering agreements negotiations.
• Candidates should also have a familiarity with dealing with high-level stakeholders, providing clear advice where needed.
