The Operational Risk Senior Manager at SABB will be responsible for being the point of contact for Operational and Resilience Risk for the SABB Business and Functions. They will support in-country Resilience Risk initiatives, drive transaction processing risk expertise deployment, provide advice to senior management, oversee compliance processes, promote risk awareness, identify concerning trends, recommend RCA scoping for risk controls, among other responsibilities.

Key Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Master's degree is preferred. Around 10 years of experience with preferred 4 years in a relevant role. Prior experience in Banking Operation activities, products, processes and systems and operational risk management.
