As the Manager, Finance Transformation, you will be responsible for developing and executing finance transformation strategies aligned with company goals. Leveraging advanced financial analysis, change management principles, and stakeholder engagement, you will drive projects from initiation through execution. Working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO), you will define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while monitoring progress to ensure effective project management and KPI reporting.

Utilizing your expertise in management accounting and technological integration, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices. By prioritizing data quality, consistency, and control in all financial processes, you will help identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement. Additionally, your ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across departments will be crucial in ensuring alignment and support for finance transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this role holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration/finance/accounting with 6-10 years of Financial Accounting experience in a progressive company. Proficiency in SAP ERP is required, with experience in Cargowise1 preferred.
