Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to ensure the effective operation of our finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and operations. This role is crucial in supporting our company’s financial health and helping us achieve our business goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the executive team.
- Prepare detailed quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage the company’s monthly cash flow position, ensuring financial stability.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to maintain financial integrity.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the logistics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting principles, laws, and practices.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
- CPA or other relevant qualifications are a plus.

Key Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance roles with at least 3 years in a managerial position
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and financial analysis
