Project Controls Manager

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Project Controls Manager with at least 15-20 years of experience in project controls, commercial, and planning management within the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a background working in a PMC or client environment on large-scale construction projects. As the Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for managing budgets, cost monitoring, planning/scheduling, and overseeing management of change processes to meet project objectives effectively.

Key responsibilities include assessing the capabilities of project control staff, controlling project schedules from registration to handover, preparing cost reports and defining cost requirements for contracts. You will also be involved in undertaking all planning and schedule-related activities such as preparing schedules before bidding and maintaining the Master Schedule. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role along with experience working in the GCC region.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university and possess strong planning and scheduling experience on large-scale projects.
