As the Project Manager - Civil Construction at Hemam Al Ard Cont. Company, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of civil projects with a focus on various work scopes such as Civil Site Earth Works, Site Preparations Works, Civil Marl Right of Way Roads, and Asphalt Paving Works. With a minimum of 20 years of experience in the field and a degree in Civil Engineering, you will demonstrate expertise in project management functions, planning and scheduling projects according to scope, compliance with civil engineering standards, and estimating costs/prices for project biddings.

Your role will also involve managing manpower and equipment loading categories for civil projects, implementing project mobilization & demobilization procedures, ensuring adherence to project QA/QC procedures, handling project documentations for client approvals efficiently. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be required to coordinate with clients effectively. Fluency in both English and Arabic is necessary for this position. The ideal candidate should be open to local Visa/iqama transfer if applicable.
