Roles & Responsibilities
Performing financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company
Overseeing the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
Supervising the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitoring and enforcing compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assisting with cash flow forecasting.
Advising colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
Supervising the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
Mediating between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.
Managing internal auditing activities.
Requesting banks’ financial facilities in coordination with high management
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management
Post-Graduation in Finance
Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation
