Operations Excellence Performance Management Manager

ASMO, a pioneering joint venture between DHL and Aramco, combines DHL's logistics expertise with Aramco's vast supply chain network to revolutionize procurement and supply chain services. Our mission is to establish a new standard in the industry by delivering end-to-end integrated solutions for industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. ASMO is set to launch in 2025, initially catering to Saudi Aramco and expanding to serve all industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia and beyond.

We are seeking an Operations Excellence Performance Management Manager to lead our business analytics team in enhancing data analytics capabilities and performance management practices. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, develop effective plans for process improvement, and ensure alignment with ASMO's strategic objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating team efforts, creating data models for analysis, managing design projects with stakeholders, conducting User Acceptance Tests (UAT), developing performance metrics aligned with company goals, monitoring performance against KPIs, and providing insights for improvement.

The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized university. With at least 9 years of experience in the field and 3 years in a supervisory role or similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI, SharePoint, Power Automate is essential along with expertise in SQL knowledge, database modeling & design, business intelligence tools like Microsoft PowerBI. Strong analytical skills coupled with project management knowledge are crucial for this role.
