Fakeeh Care Group, a leading healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia, Makkah Province, Jeddah, is seeking a dedicated Financial Control Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Financial Control Manager, you will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. Your duties will include ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes, as well as coordinating with internal and external auditors during period reviews and annual audits. You will play a key role in developing and implementing new procedures to enhance departmental workflow, performing account reconciliations with the ERP system, and collaborating with other finance managers to achieve departmental goals.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will respond to ad-hoc queries from senior management and demonstrate compassionate communication skills when interacting with patients. You must adhere to Fakeeh Care's Person Centered Care values, policies, plans, and programs. Continuous education is essential to stay up-to-date on quality and safety standards, accreditation requirements, policy management, and document systems. The ideal candidate for this position holds a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification along with at least 5 years of relevant experience. A Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA) certification is preferred, along with an excellent command of oral and written English.
