Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Hays are currently partnered with a leading holding company based in Jeddah, looking to hire a high calibre FP&A Manager to join their Finance function. The Group focuses on strategic investments across diverse sectors, including real estate, manufacturing and hospitality. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding the group's financial strategy and supporting senior management in making informed decisions that drive business performance and profitability.

• >8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis roles.
• >Experience within Holding group, Family office, Investment firm or Real Estate industry is required.
• >CFA or CPA preferred.
• >Must speak fluent Arabic.

• >Strong financial analysis skills.
• >Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• >Ability to work effectively with senior management.
• >Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
