Our dynamic project delivery team is seeking an Associate Director of Project Delivery to join us in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role will involve leading the delivery of hotels and residential projects under the guidance of the Director of Project Delivery.

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for overseeing complex hospitality and residential developments, including theme park hotels and townhouse/apartment projects. Your role will encompass providing strategic oversight on program development, construction methodology, and design solutions to ensure alignment with broader business objectives. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing consultants and contractors throughout the design and construction phases to uphold high standards and ensure timely project delivery.
