As the Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the project's success by setting the overall direction and leadership. Your key responsibilities will include developing comprehensive plans, implementing processes for coordination and reporting work procedures, formulating design alternatives, managing project budgets and contracts, as well as maintaining quality control provisions. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with a masters or Chartered Engineer status. You should have at least 25 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, with specific expertise in airport construction projects. Previous experience working for international PMCs or engineering consultancies will be highly advantageous. Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and previous international work experience are also essential for success in this role.
