Job Summary:
The Residential Sales and Lease Director will be responsible for overseeing and leading the residential sales and leasing activities for their ongoing projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the successful leasing of residential units.


Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lease Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and lease strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the residential real estate market.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a sales and leasing team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales techniques.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and tenants.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales and leasing process.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and advertising strategies.
Utilize various channels to create awareness and drive demand for residential units.
Contract Negotiation:
Oversee negotiations of sales and lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and finalize contracts.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze sales and leasing performance against targets, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Provide regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators and market trends.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Stay informed about changes in the legal landscape affecting real estate transactions.


Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in residential sales and leasing, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the local real estate market in Jeddah and the broader Saudi Arabian context.
Familiarity with legal aspects of real estate transactions in Saudi Arabia.
Fluency in English is required.
