As a Projects Manager at National Medical Care, you will play a crucial role in organizing, managing, and planning projects to drive our research and development initiatives forward. Working closely with your Director, you will lead an interdepartmental team to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Your responsibilities will include conducting cost analysis, preparing budgets based on estimates, delegating tasks effectively, and monitoring project progress through appropriate tools and techniques.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Computer Science. Additionally, having certifications such as PMP or CAPM would be highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven working experience in project management and demonstrate strong analytical skills along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. You should also be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
