People Strategist, a prominent player in the technology solutions industry, is currently looking for a dynamic Country Head to spearhead its operations in Saudi Arabia. As the Country Head, you will be responsible for leading our business unit in Saudi Arabia by driving strategic growth initiatives and overseeing all solution areas including Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, etc. You will manage a team of around 70 professionals comprising sales delivery experts, architects, support staff, presales specialists, account managers, and sales directors. Reporting directly to the Group CEO based in the UAE, you will ensure alignment with regional and global strategies while providing operational and technical leadership to optimize team performance.
Your role will also involve building robust relationships with key stakeholders in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Collaborating closely with internal teams will be essential to guarantee seamless delivery of solutions and services to our esteemed clients. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in achieving company goals and financial targets while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Representing People Strategist at industry events and high-level client meetings will be part of your responsibilities.
Ideal candidates for this position should be Saudi Nationals with extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the technology sector. You must demonstrate a proven ability to manage diverse teams encompassing sales, technical expertise, and operational functions effectively. A strong track record in driving business growth coupled with expertise in cloud computing, security solutions infrastructure management is crucial for this role. Having an extensive network within the telecommunications industry along with exceptional communication and leadership skills are highly desirable qualities.
