Salla, a leading Information Technology and Services company, is seeking a Product Leader for Shipping .
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills along with the ability to lead teams effectively.
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the overall strategy and vision of Salla's Shipping solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the product roadmap for Salla's Shipping solutions
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product delivery
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to validate product features and make informed decisions
Define and measure key product metrics to monitor product success and drive ongoing improvements
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis
Establish and evangelize best practices for product management across the organization
Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company's vision
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and final products
Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision
Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in product management or related roles
Experience with e Commerce shipping logistics
Proven track record of leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience with Agile methodology and product development frameworks
Ability to work with API integration frameworks
