The Royal Commission for AlUla, located in Saudi Arabia's Makkah Province, Jeddah, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Interventions Senior Manager to join our team. As the Social Interventions Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the strategic social interventions in AlUla County. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing large-scale programs that cater to the unique socioeconomic landscape of the region. You will focus on addressing community needs such as poverty alleviation, unemployment, and housing while ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects. Monitoring and evaluating the success of interventions will be key to adapting strategies for maximum impact on target populations.

In addition to overseeing all interventions and ensuring alignment with AlUla's Vision 2030 goals and RCU's development framework, you will have managerial responsibilities. This includes providing input to the sector's strategy from the Department's perspective, developing objectives and KPIs, preparing annual operational plans, monitoring financial performance, implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing staff performance and development. As a key member of our team, you will contribute significantly to achieving our overall vision and mission.
