As the Director of Strategic Planning at Trahum, your responsibilities will include overseeing the formulation and development of strategic performance execution strategies and plans. You will guide daily operations within the strategic planning department to uphold the highest performance standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for selecting performance indicators, evaluating departmental objectives' feasibility, and establishing an effective methodology for institutional performance management at the organizational level.
In this role, you will compose reports on organizational performance and key performance indicators relevant to strategic objectives. Your expertise will be vital in identifying risks and obstacles that may hinder the organization from adhering to established strategic plans. Furthermore, you will contribute to analyzing the organization's impact on macroeconomic indicators and ensuring continuous updates of strategic plans in alignment with priorities.
To excel as our Director of Strategic Planning, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent field. A Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and a strategy certificate would be advantageous. With 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, business management or related fields under your belt, you are well-equipped to take on this challenging yet rewarding position.
