Senior Project Manager - Highrise

Westlakes Recruit, a leading recruitment agency in Saudi Arabia, Makkah Province, Jeddah, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Highrise) to join our team and support the prestigious NEOM The Line project on a permanent basis in KSA. As a Senior Project Manager for THE LINE project, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing a team of Design Consultants to ensure that their work aligns with project requirements. Your responsibilities will include leadership and team management, design management, project delivery within budget constraints, measurement and compliance monitoring, cross-package coordination, procurement collaboration, digital and schedule alignment, dependency management, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and technology familiarity.

We offer an attractive package for this position which includes a competitive salary range of SAR 50,000 to 58,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additionally, you will receive annual leave of 22 days plus paid public holidays, medical and life insurance coverage, company-sponsored gratuity scheme, discretionary performance-based bonus, annual flight allowance to your point of origin. To be successful in this role as a Senior Project Manager - Highrise at Westlakes Recruit for the NEOM The Line project experience with 20 years in Project Management is required with a proven track record in delivering high-rise projects. Membership with APM/PMI and Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) status is desirable along with expertise in service delivery management standards. A degree in Engineering or technical discipline is advantageous along with recognized P3M qualifications such as Prince2 or MSP. Strong financial acumen and proficiency in financial controls are essential skills needed for this position.
