We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in supervising and organizing our sales team. Responsibilities include managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with the marketing department on lead generation. The ideal candidate will oversee the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating ongoing training for salespeople.
Key responsibilities of the Sales Manager include following up on major clients to strengthen relationships, distributing salesmen strategically throughout the city while monitoring their performance, preparing expansion plans for opening branches in new cities, conducting regular training courses for sales employees to enhance efficiency, setting sales goals for representatives and supervisors by region and product line. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for market inspections and preparing reports in collaboration with the sales supervisor.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required. Experience in the coffee or food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
