Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager, to ensure that all project team is suitably trained as per projects quality requirements and access to apply the quality management systems, procedures, and standards and to

ensure that all Project deliverables are comply with technical specifications and all project material storage and preservation are complying with the supplier’s technical specifications.

Responsibility:

Define and Implement the project quality requirement, policies, objectives, and procedures to be fulfilled and adopted.
Conduct the quality awareness and training program for all project team.
Liaise with external quality training consultants in the provision of a training program related to the project scope of work.
Define the quality metrics and key performance indicators as per the project Scope of work and technical requirement.
Identified and retain all necessary project quality records are identified and retained in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.
Participate with regional quality manager and QA Team in internal audit of Quality Management System and external audits for Suppliers and Sub-contractors.
Close & conduct customer complaint & customer satisfaction report and NCRs.
Set expectation for Supplier, Subcontractor regarding Certification Dossiers (as appropriate).
Attend with project manager the Supplier/Subcontractor kick-off meetings
Review and analysis the non-compliance, risk, and issues reports and implement proper corrective and preventive actions.
Liaise with client and consultant for project technical issues during construction.
Evaluate the quality performance from projects and report to quality regional Manager.
Act as responsible individual for quality Issues escalation / resolution,
Prepare Project work package Handover to client and retain the Project Handover documents.
Report promptly to project manager and Regional quality manager all matters related to quality management performance and regulatory compliance.
When the quality requirements are not adequately addressed in the project contract documentation/ specification, or as required by the customer, quality manager shall raise request for information to technical department
Conduct the quality Tool box talk and supervise construction activities for Rework Elimination.


Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality management.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Good interpretation skills for technical specification and survey reports.
Good knowledge about quality management system and internal audit.
Good technical analytical skills.
Good communication in Arabic is an advantage.
Excellent Interpersonal skills,
Verbal communication.
Non-verbal communication.
Listening skills.
Negotiation.
Problem-solving.
Decision-making.
Proficiency in MS office and Auto CAD

Key Job Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in quality management within the construction industry.
  • Experience with ISO standards and quality control processes is highly preferred.
