We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring teams and Business HR to lead recruitment activities across various divisions of Abbott. From Sales and Marketing to Finance and Business Support functions, you will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts from initial business request through to delivering hires by specified intake dates. Your responsibilities will include independently managing full-cycle recruiting processes using Abbott's ATS and CRM tools, developing sourcing strategies utilizing various channels such as job boards and social media platforms, enhancing the Early Career program for future roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, providing strategic market data and research insights, and collaborating with key internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience along with at least 3+ years of agency or in-house TA experience. You should have full-cycle recruitment experience filling entry-level to mid-level roles in a fast-paced environment. Strong capabilities in strategy development and execution are essential for success in this role, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and candidates effectively. Preference will be given to Saudi Nationals who demonstrate a passion for talent acquisition and driving Saudization initiatives.
