We are currently seeking a Manager Talent Management to support our Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives and develop a talent management strategy aligned with ALJ's Chief Human Resources strategy.

As the Manager Talent Management, you will play a crucial role in implementing talent management initiatives that cater to both the needs of our associates and the organization as a whole. Your responsibilities will include planning communication activities to raise awareness about competency frameworks, learning tools, and talent management activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing local and international vendor relationships, overseeing service agreements related to talent management programs, and collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to implement associate engagement strategies such as career management and training programs.

Furthermore, you will be expected to provide presentations, reports, analysis, working tools, or other materials related to talent management as needed. You will support the execution of talent reviews and succession management processes within the relevant departments while managing daily operational tasks related to Talent Management modules in ALJ's system. Your role will also involve coordinating and monitoring internship programs, management trainee initiatives, and scholarship programs. The ideal candidate for this position should possess technical knowledge in areas such as Competency Frameworks, Assessment Centers/Competency assessments, Career Management/Career Pathing, Talent Reviews, and Succession Management.
