Key responsibilities of this role include designing and implementing the performance management system, establishing performance standards and KPIs for various roles within the organization, collaborating with department heads to set measurable goals for employees, overseeing periodic performance reviews (including annual, semi-annual, and quarterly evaluations), training managers on conducting fair evaluations, facilitating appraisal meetings to provide constructive feedback to employees, identifying training needs based on evaluations, designing career development programs for employee growth, monitoring progress on development plans, and addressing underperformance through performance improvement plans.
