We are currently seeking a full-time Learning and Development Manager to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing training and development initiatives, learning management systems, instructional design processes, and leadership development programs within the organization. This role will involve identifying current and future training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultations with line managers to create tailored training plans that meet organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs through job analysis and consultations with stakeholders.
- Develop individualized training plans to address specific needs.
- Utilize a variety of training methods to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain an updated curriculum database and training records.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and provide detailed analysis reports on each training course.
- Manage training budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs regularly and report on their success metrics.
