Job Description

As the Director of Finance at Accor Saudi Arabia, you will play a crucial role in driving our hotel's success. Working closely with the General Manager, you will lead a dynamic team to implement winning strategies and achieve overall property targets. Your strategic thinking and ability to inspire others will propel our team to new heights as we redefine excellence in sales.

What We Expect Of You

Your responsibilities will include organizing and monitoring all financial affairs related to the position. You should maintain proper grooming at all times and attend training classes as scheduled. Being aware of daily activities and having product knowledge of hotel facilities is essential. You will prepare budgets, manage operating equipment purchases, cash flow projections, operation budgets, cash management controls while complying with management agreements.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or Accounting. Previous experience in senior finance management positions within luxury hotel environments is preferred. Strong financial acumen with skills in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis are essential. Excellent leadership qualities along with exceptional communication skills are required to motivate diverse teams effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
