As a Revenue Manager at ACCOR, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining group and transient inventory controls. Your responsibilities will include developing, monitoring, and adjusting sales and pricing strategies to maximize revenue. You will provide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics, and demand factors while conducting competitive and demand analysis. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal communication abilities are essential for this role.

You will be responsible for independently implementing appropriate hotel inventory distribution strategies while ensuring accurate rates and inventory allotments in various systems such as IDS/GDS/CRO and property PMS. Additionally, you will develop near and long-term top-line room revenue forecasts upon request from the Regional Director of Revenue Management. It will be your duty to load all preferred rates in GDS and PMS while troubleshooting any rate loading issues that may arise. You will also analyze whether the hotel is effectively marketing itself across electronic distribution channels.

To excel in this role, you must have strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel. You should be able to participate in preparing rolling forecasts and annual budgets using various tools like PMS, Delphi, Redx, IDeaS, RevTOOLS. Additionally, attending weekly sales meetings to communicate strategies effectively is crucial.
