Chief Concierge

We are currently looking for a dynamic Chief Concierge to lead our prestigious luxury hotel in Jeddah. As the head of the concierge department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive unparalleled service throughout their stay.

In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the concierge department, including staff supervision, training, and performance evaluation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative concierge services and programs to enhance guest experiences. Your duties will also include providing personalized recommendations and arranging high-end services for VIP guests, fostering a culture of excellence within the team, collaborating with other department heads for seamless guest experiences, managing complex guest inquiries with professionalism, maintaining a network of exclusive contacts for guest services, staying updated on luxury hospitality trends, budget management, effective resource allocation, and acting as an ambassador for the hotel at industry events.

The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in luxury hospitality with at least 3 years in a senior concierge role. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is required along with Les Clefs d'Or certification. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential while additional languages are advantageous. Strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, proficiency in hotel management software tools are necessary. An extensive knowledge of local attractions and luxury travel destinations worldwide is preferred along with a strong network of contacts in the hospitality industry.
