As the Learning & Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the creation, implementation, and facilitation of the Hotel Training Plan that aligns with our strategic goals. You will conduct annual training needs analysis, collaborate with department managers to identify training opportunities, and coordinate all training activities within the hotel. Building relationships with industry associations, external training companies, and academic councils will be essential for staying updated on best practices in the hospitality sector.

Maintaining accurate records of training activities, developing an internal resource library, sharing responsibilities for new hire integration and orientation processes, as well as assisting with policy implementation are key responsibilities of this role. Additionally, you will prepare and submit training reports regularly to track progress and ensure effectiveness. Being fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety procedures is vital for ensuring a safe environment for both guests and employees.
