Moreover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by preparing lists of expected VIP guests weekly with detailed information for department heads. You will also handle inquiries related to rate confirmation, tour operators commission rates, sightseeing tours arrangements, car rentals bookings among other services provided by the hotel. Building positive relationships with travel agents, airline companies as well as commercial organizations to drive business growth is an essential aspect of this role.
