Reservations Manager

As the Reservations Manager at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of Reservation Supervisors and Clerks involved in receiving, processing, and confirming guestroom reservations. Your main duties will include establishing efficient procedures for handling reservation revisions, cancellations, and information calls. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining various reports such as daily and monthly records of reservations confirmed, room availability counts, credit card space bank reports, occupancy forecasts, statistical reports on occupancy information, classification of bookings, sources of business data among others.

Moreover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by preparing lists of expected VIP guests weekly with detailed information for department heads. You will also handle inquiries related to rate confirmation, tour operators commission rates, sightseeing tours arrangements, car rentals bookings among other services provided by the hotel. Building positive relationships with travel agents, airline companies as well as commercial organizations to drive business growth is an essential aspect of this role.
