Your responsibilities will include familiarizing yourself with the menu offerings, preparing the outlet for operation, taking orders from guests while upselling where possible, utilizing the point-of-sales system accurately, and serving food and beverages according to established standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in your assigned station, accommodating special guest requests, and following presentation guidelines set by the Food & Beverage Manager.
The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience in a similar luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
