As the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day activities and strategic direction of our Group Sellers, Conference Services, and PR/Marketing teams. Reporting to the Managing Director and Resort Manager, you will collaborate closely with Regional Directors of Sales & Marketing to maximize performance across our properties. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies that drive performance in all market segments - Group, Transient, and Tour. Effective communication is key as you implement sales and marketing initiatives to boost revenue, share best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships within our regional team.

In this role, you will lead efforts to position and launch a new ultra-luxury leisure destination following a significant investment in state-of-the-art facilities. Leveraging unique selling points through various media channels will be crucial for success. You will focus on developing programming and animation at the resort to drive marketing opportunities while collaborating with sister hotels in the region. Additionally, you will work towards establishing sales quotas outlined in the budget and driving performance towards goal achievement by growing new accounts from different market segments.
