As the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day activities and strategic direction of our Group Sellers, Conference Services, as well as PR/Marketing teams. Reporting to the Managing Director and Resort Manager, you will work closely with the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing and Country DOSM's to maximize performance across various market segments. Your responsibilities will include implementing strategies that drive revenue growth through regional and hotel initiatives while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to share best practices and drive performance.
In this role, you will lead efforts to position and launch a new ultra-luxury leisure destination following a multi-million dollar construction project. By collaborating with sister hotels in the region and creating engaging content, you will drive marketing opportunities for transient and group segments. Additionally, you will work with regional sellers to grow new accounts from various market segments while establishing sales quotas outlined in the budget for goal achievement. A strong focus on revenue management and collaboration with revenue leaders is essential to optimize revenues based on demand fluctuations.
