Director of Operations

AccorHotels in Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated Director of Operations to join our team. Established in 2000, Rixos, a part of AccorHotels, is a pioneer in the 'All Inclusive, All Exclusive' concept. As the Director of Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring prompt, courteous, and accurate service to all guests to maximize their satisfaction. You will collaborate with the Head of Departments to run the hotel efficiently and achieve high revenue goals. Your responsibilities will include attending meetings to improve service standards, monitoring task deadlines across departments, handling guest complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction, implementing quality management systems according to Rixos Hotels standards, and participating in policy development and reviews. Additionally, you will recommend improvements for departmental standards and productivity based on industry trends.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating operational activities among departments to enhance communication levels within the hotel. You must ensure compliance with company policies regarding safety and security measures for guest belongings and hotel assets. Welcoming VIP guests upon arrival with exceptional service is also part of your duties. By conducting regular inspections for cleanliness and maintenance standards at the hotel premises, you will contribute significantly towards maintaining high-quality operations aligned with our brand values.
