Job Description
As the Director of Sales And Marketing at Movenpick Hotel Waad Al Shamal, you will be responsible for implementing a successful solicitation strategy targeted towards guests to meet or exceed revenue goals. You will oversee all sales activities to achieve revenue targets while maintaining high standards in assigned tasks and fostering teamwork among employees with clear development plans for each team member.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales colleagues on a daily basis
- Promote customer awareness throughout the organization
- Manage top producing accounts within the segment
- Update relevant systems with client information
- Achieve established sales targets monthly/quarterly/annually
- Evaluate markets and recommend action plans
- Assist in producing annual Sales & Marketing Plans
- Provide feedback on sales progress and trends
- Attend overseas sales trips as required
- Establish quality objectives and participate in reviews
- Coach colleagues to meet customer needs effectively
Requirements:
- Understanding of Lifestyle Hospitality sector
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Extensive knowledge of sales skills, marketing, revenue management
- Ability to analyze data and create action plans
- Thorough understanding of employment laws
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel sales
