We are currently seeking a Food And Beverage Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia on a full-time basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and direct all banquet processes to ensure the delivery of luxury service while achieving revenue targets and maintaining a positive work environment for all Heartists. Key responsibilities include efficient management according to Banquet Events Orders, collaboration with the Magnifique Meeting team for event planning, achievement of monthly forecasted revenue figures, adherence to operating expenses, control of costs, maintenance of hotel control policies, and record-keeping for inventory and costs.
