As a Sales Manager reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for the hotel. Your responsibilities will include achieving daily targeted sales calls with effectiveness, developing business leads on a weekly basis, planning site inspections/entertainment meetings with potential accounts, preparing monthly action plans for market segments, monitoring competitors' strategies, managing accounts under your purview through contracting and renewing contracts, up-selling hotel facilities and services to maximize revenue, conducting negotiations for optimal profit margins, attending business events to network effectively, updating management on market trends and leads, and coordinating with other departments for seamless customer service.
