As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and appointing System Integrators for our range of physical security products such as Time Attendance & Access control, Gate Barriers, Speed Gates, and Sliding Motors. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from Lead Generation to securing deals through System Integrators. Your duties will include maintaining Opportunities & Pipeline Data, qualifying and nurturing prospects, solving client queries, and nurturing future prospects until they are ready to make a purchase.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business along with 4+ years of sales experience in the physical Security Industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with clients and building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. You must be proficient in utilizing various modes of communication such as emails, LinkedIn, text messages, Twitter, or Facebook to engage with partners/clients. Additionally, you should be skilled in negotiating with clients to close deals and be diligent in filling daily, weekly & monthly reports to track progress.
