We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team at Amazon Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing shift management in one of our fulfillment centers, sortation centers, or delivery stations. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately at every stage of the supply chain.

Key responsibilities include creating a safe working environment, training and managing associates, monitoring order fulfillment processes for quality and safety compliance, providing shift-related information to management, optimizing labor allocation to meet targets, collaborating with support functions to address performance issues, and contributing to solving logistical challenges through data analysis and process optimization.
