As the Operations Manager at Al-Qadsiah FC, you will be responsible for overseeing matchday operations, security, and hospitality. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all events and activities are executed smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations. From coordinating stadium setup to managing crowd control and support services, your attention to detail will guarantee the safety and satisfaction of players, staff, and spectators alike.

In addition to operational tasks, you will also be involved in financial management, cost control measures, reporting, compliance with regulations set forth by the Ministry of Sports, as well as staff training and development. By developing and managing the operations budget effectively while implementing cost-saving strategies, you will contribute to optimizing operational efficiency. Your ability to prepare comprehensive reports for pre-matchdays through post-matchdays will provide valuable insights for decision-making processes within the organization.

  • 5+ years of experience in sports event management
  • Experience in managing matchday operations at a sports club
  • Previous experience in coordinating with security personnel and local authorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or related field
  • Strong understanding of Ministry of Sports guidelines and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
