We are currently seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying best practices and leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, optimize costs, and enhance operational efficiency. Monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting operational and financial KPIs against budget targets will be key aspects of this role. The Operational Excellence Manager will provide constructive feedback to top management on overall operations performance while ensuring that continuous improvement processes are implemented across all operations functions.
In this role, the Operational Excellence Manager will develop, deploy, review all Supply Chain operational SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), SLAs (Service Level Agreements), policies, and systems. Conducting regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with established SOPs will be essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will plan, implement, monitor safety & quality assurance programs as well as deploy best-in-class technologies to maintain food safety standards. Collaborating with the corporate safety team on WISE system implementation and governance will also be part of the responsibilities. Overall, the Operational Excellence Manager will play a vital role in enhancing work process safety awareness while improving safe work practices throughout the organization.
