As a Projects Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all activities related to the operation and maintenance of project buildings and facilities. This includes ensuring that work quality meets set standards, maintaining staff productivity, controlling financial performance, and supervising project teams and subcontractors. You will also oversee training for staff and labor, support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), manage Hajj season operations, and maintain strong customer relations.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, along with relevant certifications such as PMP, FMP, CFM, or CEM. You should have at least 10 years of managerial experience, with a minimum of five years in Operation and Maintenance or Facilities Management. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications and related systems like CAFM/ERP. This position is open to Saudi Nationals aged between 30-40 years old based in Makkah.
