We are currently seeking a dedicated MEP Manager to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting the Project Team commercial in defining the final scope of MEP Subcontractors' work, ensuring cost control with the Commercial department, and overseeing the resolution of design discrepancies throughout the project. The successful candidate will interface with the Design department to facilitate timely information for construction works and define detailed roles/responsibilities and relationships between MEP staff and other project staff. Additionally, they will participate in Senior ALEC Project Team Meetings where MEP department issues/contributions and actions are required.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems along with proven experience in managing MEP projects. They must possess excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with various departments and stakeholders.
