The Head of FP&A Projects plays a pivotal role in strategy enablement, transformation, and value creation through the delivery of special projects including strategy enablement at individual BU/CU level, M&A integration support, corporate finance tasks, strengthening Shared Services model across all CUs, etc. Responsibilities include providing commercial support to leaders, facilitating corporate finance activities, building departmental policies and controls, supporting staff development, among others.
Key Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in financial planning and analysis
- Experience leading projects and teams in a corporate setting
- > Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance/accounting or related field.
- > Experience in strategy enablement, transformation, and value creation in a diversified conglomerate/private equity house or consulting firm.
