We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist responsible for driving sales efforts and generating new business leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the corporate, government, and semi-government sectors. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, developing effective sales strategies, maintaining client relationships with key decision-makers, conducting market research, preparing compelling proposals and presentations, negotiating deals focusing on long-term partnerships and client satisfaction, and collaborating closely with legal teams.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience selling consultancy services to corporate, government, or semi-government clients. A background in the legal industry is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law or related field is preferred. Skills required include a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to generate leads and close deals independently or as part of a team proficiently using CRM software and other sales tools.
