We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with 7-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement process, from identifying sourcing needs to negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships. Working closely with various departments such as R&D, logistics, finance, legal, and operations is crucial to ensure that all procurement decisions meet the quality and price expectations while aligning with the company's objectives.

Key responsibilities include preparing yearly, quarterly, and monthly purchase plans based on sales forecasts and new requirements. The Procurement Manager will research and evaluate potential suppliers for quality, reliability, pricing, and delivery. Additionally, this role involves preparing proposals, negotiating purchase terms and conditions, issuing purchase orders for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, maintenance supplies, and production requirements.
