ICQA Supervisor

As an ICQA Supervisor at Amazon MENA in Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of either Inbound or Outbound FC operations. This includes ensuring the safety, quality, and performance of the department while promoting a culture of productivity. Your role will involve training, performance management, coaching, monitoring, and collaborating with other departments to drive continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for tracking production metrics, developing strategies for improvement, mentoring team members, enforcing company policies consistently, and implementing equipment/process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in warehouse operations, knowledge of safety procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• - Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

• - Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.

• - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
