Sales Manager

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with clients. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 3 years and maximum of 8-9 years of sales experience particularly with distributors and retailers.


Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Partner with new clients in Electronics to identify and recruit top clients for generating ROI
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire Saudi Market along with a 20% focus on Bahrain and 20% on Kuwait


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
5+ years' of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs

• - Excellent leadership and team management skills
• - Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
