Finance Director

Key Responsibilities: Day-to-Day Activities Monitoring, Financial Reporting, Credit and Collection Management, Tax Management, Financial and Business Analysis, Treasury, Governance and risk management, Coaching and Team Development, HSSE. Qualification: Candidates with a background in the lubricants or downstream sector will be highly regarded. However, we are also receptive to applicants from a broader industrial manufacturing background, provided they demonstrate strong business acumen and experience with publicly listed companies. Previous Director of Finance / Senior Finance Manager or equivalent experience. Minimum of 10 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong experience in business partnering. Demonstrable commercial experience. Previous experience of leading and developing a team. Previous experience in project management, implementation, process improvement, stabilization, and control framework is essential. Knowledge of IFRS and local reporting requirements. Ability to work with IT Systems.
