As the Contract Manager, you will oversee the critical phase of this project, focusing on the delivery of essential infrastructure like housing, utilities, and associated works. Your extensive 10+ years of construction management experience within civil construction will be invaluable as you lead this pivotal initiative. While exposure to water projects such as desalination and wastewater is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A technical degree is preferred, with additional certifications like MCIArb or RICS highly regarded. Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of French and Arabic would be beneficial but not obligatory.
